Your Online Banking has changed

We’ve recently upgraded your Online Banking, giving you improvements to the way the service works.

The ability to access your Online Banking via your stored bookmarks is soon to end. In order to be able to continue to log onto Online Banking uninterrupted, please complete the steps below before logging in.

If you came here using a bookmark, you need to update it so you can log on quickly next time you need to do some banking.

Use the instructions below to edit your bookmark.

Internet Explorer
To change the web address of your existing bookmark:
1. In the top right corner of the browser toolbar, select the star icon (favourites)
2. Find your way to where your existing bookmark is located
3. right click the bookmark and select Properties
4. Change the URL to https://www.firstdirect.com/online
5. Select OK
6. Navigate to Online Banking

To change the web address of your existing bookmark:

2. Select the Bookmark you wish to edit and click on the address field
3. Change the address to https://www.firstdirect.com/online
4. Press the return/enter key.
5. Navigate to Online Banking

2. Select Bookmarks > Bookmark Manager
3. Hover over the bookmark that you want to edit
4. Select the drop-down arrow at the end of the row, or right select on the row
5. Select Edit
6. Change the URL to https://www.firstdirect.com/online
7. Select Save
8. Navigate to Online Banking
