- for bookings made with a Travel Agent (bonded by ABTA) contact ABTA at www.abta.com Opens an overlay [Will show a security message first] for information, or telephone them on 0203 1170599 to see if you can make a claim
- for flight/accommodation only bookings where there is no bonding cover, contact first direct on 03 456 100 100 to consider any disputes rights.

These criminals will attempt to scam anyone into revealing personal and financial details by pretending to assist with your refund.
