Mortgage payment holiday

To apply for a mortgage payment holiday, please complete this form and return back to fd.sales.support@firstdirect.com and we’ll be in touch as soon as possible.  This form is for customers applying for their first payment holiday. If you have already had one and would like to extend it, we will be contacting all customers before the end of their payment holiday to explain their options. This email address is for mortgage payment holiday form submissions only. It’s really important you fully complete it, as we are not able to progress your application without it.

If your next mortgage payment is due within 3 working days, we may be unable to stop the payment from being made, and your payment holiday will take effect as of the next scheduled payment.

You will need to have your mortgage account number and your payment date to hand which you can find on Online Banking, our app or on a mortgage statement.
