For our overdraft customers we will be bringing in changes to our overdraft, as we know this is a key area of concern for many of you. We will temporarily be introducing an interest free buffer of £500 and we will also be temporarily reducing the interest rate for overdrafts of over £500.
We will be making these changes in the next week, we know you may have questions, but please bear with us as we work this through. We will update the financial support pages with more information in the next few days on how we will be implementing these changes and if there’s anything you need to do. Please be aware we won’t automatically increase your existing agreed overdraft limit or add a limit for customers who haven’t already got an arranged overdraft on their accounts.
Call us anytime onfirst direct to let us know your new address. You can tell us in advance if you have a date for moving, but don’t forget to let us know if this date changes. We’re not able to accept change of address details by secure message or letter for security reasons.
