Paying in cheques

We don't have branches - but our friends over at HSBC do. And lots of them. So if you need to pay in cash or cheques, you can drop into your local branch, or nip into a Post Office.

Receiving International Payments

If you receive payments from overseas, you'll need to give the person paying you, your international bank account number (IBAN) and bank identifier code (BIC).

These can be found by logging onto Online Banking and selecting:

  • statements
  • view statement
    and scrolling to the bottom of the page to select
  • print
    then on the print page, select
  • preview
    and your international bank account number and bank identifier code show on your statement just below your account summary.
