Free Flight - with CO2 emission offsetting

Terms and Conditions

 
  1. This offer is only available to existing 1st Account holders who take out a gold or Credit Card with first direct between 1 and 31 October 2009 (inclusive) and spend £100 on the card within the first two months. The £100 spend excludes cash withdrawals and Balance Transfers. The credit card offer does not apply if you are an existing first direct credit card holder, you are converting from any existing first direct credit card or you have closed a first direct credit card within the last 90 days. Additional cardholders do not qualify for this incentive.
  2. Offer only available to UK residents, including Channel Islands, aged 18 and over.
  3. Details of how to book your flight will be sent to you within eight weeks of meeting the requirements in clause 1. You must book your flight online using the website address and unique reference code contained within your notification letter.
  4. You must request on the application three different destinations and three different months of travel. Applications not completed in this way will not be processed.
  5. Online flight applications must be submitted by midnight on 31 August 2010 - any applications received after this will not be processed and will be deemed as invalid. Flight to be taken by 14 January 2011.
  6. Only one flight per account relationship.
  7. Only one unique code may be used per booking.
  8. All flights must be booked through Concepts for Travel, Nelson House, Park Road, Timperley, Cheshire WA14 5BZ. ABTA E0121, ATOL W9317 (Concepts for Travel).
  9. The offer is one return economy flight, including airport taxes, to one of the following destinations: Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam, Prague, Dublin, Venice, Milan, Barcelona, Madrid, Frankfurt, Rome, Lisbon, Copenhagen, Oslo, Munich and Riga with selected airlines.
  10. Flight departures are from London - Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted and Luton, Manchester, Liverpool, East Midlands.
  11. Under the terms of this offer, Concepts for Travel may not offer flights to all the destinations from all the listed departure airports. Concepts for Travel also may not offer all flights direct from all departure airports to the listed destinations and non-direct flights may incur a supplement and/or a short stopover. The departure airport and routes available will depend on the destination, time of travel and airline used. The airline used will be at the discretion of Concepts for Travel. Other UK departure airports may be available at a supplement.
  12. There can be no guarantee that we will have your requested choices of destinations and/or dates available at time of booking, nor can we guarantee travel on a specific route or on a specific date.
  13. This voucher can only be used by the person to whom it is issued and cannot be resold or given away.
  14. Bookings must be made a minimum of 30 days in advance to travel.
  15. This offer is not valid for travel during Christmas, New Year, Easter and all other bank holidays.
  16. If you wish to travel to a destination that is not available via direct flight from a chosen departure airport, it may be possible to arrange an indirect flight, but there may be a supplement and/or short stopover.
  17. Any additional taxes, fees, charges and surcharges or extras such as car hire, transfers or hotels etc. must be paid for in full at time of booking. Taxes, fees, charges and surcharges vary and are dependent on destination, time of travel and airline used.
  18. It is strongly recommended that adequate travel insurance is purchased to cover all passengers on this booking. The Leapfrog Group Ltd will be pleased to assist you with your travel insurance requirements but this is not compulsory. However, The Leapfrog Group Ltd cannot be held responsible should you fail to take out adequate travel insurance. By confirming a booking with The Leapfrog Group Ltd you are agreeing, on behalf of all passengers, to this contract. You will be asked to confirm that you have read and accept this on your online application form; please do so to ensure The Leapfrog Group Ltd can process your application.
  19. It is your responsibility to arrange Passport and Visa requirements. You must ensure that you have at least six months validity after the return date back to the UK.
  20. The application instructions (how to apply) and all other information stated within this document also form part of the terms and conditions of this offer. The usual terms and conditions of special fare IATA tickets apply to any flight booking. A copy of these may be requested from Concepts for Travel.
  21. The flight offer cannot be exchanged for cash or used in any other way than that described. The offer is non-transferable.
  22. The administrator will help offset the CO2 emissions of your chosen flight by paying a fee to an approved green organisation. This fee goes towards investments in the world’s natural energy resources and helps with the restoration of rainforests – ultimately helping to counteract the current CO2 emissions global effects.
