Autonational Total SuperService

Includes National and EU roadside assistance, car recovery, cover at home and emergency travel and accommodation - all for just £66 per year (paid in full with initial deposit if paying monthly).
Autonational Roadside SuperService

Covers call out fees and labour charges needed to start your vehicle and/or recovery to the nearest available garage for your vehicle, yourself and up to four passengers - all for just £30 per year (paid in full with initial deposit if paying monthly).
Legal expenses

Covered up to £100,000 to help claim back costs you may incur that aren't covered as standard, as the result of an accident that wasn't your fault - great value at £25 per year (either paid with initial deposit or can be spread over the year).
Key Cover

Provides up to £1,500 worth of cover for lost or stolen keys. All keys on your keychain are covered and we'll even pay for replacement keys, recoding (electronic keys) and also your onward journey should you be stranded - all for just £15 per year (either paid with initial deposit or can be spread over the year).
Substitute Vehicle Cover

In the event your vehicle is written off or stolen and not found, standard courtesy car cover does not apply. In these circumstances and for just £21 per year, substitute Vehicle Cover will provide a hire car of up to 2,000cc for 21 days, to keep you on the road (either paid with initial deposit or can be spread over the year).

 

Alternative types of cover

Third Party Fire and Theft cover - Third Party, Fire and Theft (or TPFT) covers you for liability to other people and their property, as well as damage by fire and theft of the vehicle itself. If you've got no additional drivers under the age of 25, TPFT cover could be a great budget car insurance option for you.

Third Party Only - The most basic level of cover we offer, Third Party Only includes liability for other people and their property, but nothing else.

  • the offer is subject to minimum £100 damage, fire and theft excess
  • policy holders must be aged between 21 and 79 years old and named drivers between 19 and 79 years old.

Service Guarantee - no Cancellation Fee

The insurer will still make a charge for the number of days which the insurer has provided cover. A refund of premium will not be available to customers who have made a claim on the policy.

The offer is open to new first direct Car Insurance customers only. It does not apply to first direct Car Insurance policies underwritten by Equity Red Star which are due for renewal.
