Credit Cards

If you have a first direct Credit Card or Gold Card, you can log onto Internet Banking to:

  • make a payment
  • check your balance
  • apply for another card
  • order a replacement PIN
  • order a replacement card
  • increase or decrease your credit limit
  • opt out of auto limit increase
  • set up a Direct Debit to pay your monthly bill.

Card Protection Plan Members

CPP members can report lost or stolen cards or get in touch in an emergency by calling CPP on 0808 100 2255. Lines are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Card Protection is provided by Card Protection Plan Limited.
