Banking on the go

Securely log on to Mobile Banking with either your fingerprint or face biometric

With Touch ID, you can log on to our Banking on the go App just by placing your fingerprint on the home button. Easy.

You'll need:

Touch ID

Face ID

Setting up your biometrics:

Touch ID:

If you have an Apple iPhone with a Touch ID fingerprint sensor, and already have the latest version of our Mobile App installed, you'll be invited to enable Touch ID with a message when you first open the App.

If you skipped past this at the time, you can go back and enable it. Simply select 'Security Settings' from the More menu and enable Touch ID.

Face ID:

If you have an iPhone X, download our latest version of the Mobile App, you'll need to set up your Digital Secure Key and then you'll be prompted to enable Face ID.

If you skipped past this at the time, you can go back an enable it - simply select 'Security Settings' from the More menu and enable Face ID.
